Tofu is GREAT—whether you’re vegetarian or not! It has lots of protein, and can be prepared a million different ways.

(and for everyone out there who’s skeptical about trying it because you’ve heard that it “tastes bad,” that’s not true! Tofu absorbs the flavor of whatever you cook it with, so it can taste like almost anything you want it to! :))

Dirty Boogie

This album is AMAZING! It includes their hit “Jump, Jive An’ Wail” and also has a track that features the vocals of Gwen Stefani [before her-~~in my opinion~~-horrible solo career]. You should definitely check it out!
