A review of "The Pawn (The Patrick Bowers Files, Book 1)" — 3 years ago
What a thriller. I read this only one day (the weather was crappy so I had time to).
Several parts were too gory for me as it goes into explicit details .

Great book! I wrote my ideas about this book on my blog.
What an amazing book. Savage had such an amazing experience biking throughout the world. As much as I’d like to do something like this, I doubt I will have the chance, so I appreciate being able to travel through her in this book
Amazing lyrics and melody that relax and entice. This is different music where the musicians are true musicians, and uninhibated by labels.
Cheers!
This book contains many interesting stories and several good quotes (I’d post them but I don’t have the book here). Albom is writing more than a story, it seems like he is trying to comfort those who are worried about death and are regretful. The book seems to do this by saying things similiar to “as long as you give your best effort”, or “just love everyone, and if they are mean or hurt you stay quiet and just smile.” Of course, I don’t favor these happy thoughts, but hope that the book makes people pleased with their life and not just their efforts and smiles. Thats my 2 cents
