This should have been another entry in the Grand Guignol type of movie but it plays it fairly safe and tepid. Paltrow should give her Oscar back because of this. For a better example of how it should have been done see “Die! Die! My Darling!”

Very nice illustrations

Damn you, Disney! I should have known better. I spent the last third of the movie crying “like a little girl who dropped her ice-cream cone on the sidewalk”.

What? Pretty movie but pretentious, slow and baffling.

I’d catch myself smiling every now and then while watching this. And a drunk Doris Day is always fun to watch.

Heard this was the most awful of Doris Day movies. While is certainly isn’t good it does have its moments (few comedy, costumes, 60’s vibe). I think Jumbo is worst than this. Jumbo=PU!

more fun than it should have been

Just when I thought I had it all figured out there was that one last twist that messed with my head. Very good thriller/mystery/romance. Recommended.

Very silly story but enjoyable

“Susie, do you know anything about… witches?”
This is the movie that I always put in when I don’t really know what to watch. I never get tired of it. Miss Tanner is one mean b*tch!
