Don’t go into this film expecting anything life-changing and you will have an outright ball. It’s a suitable sequel to the solid original. And really it’s meant for the ten-year old girl in all of us. Gorgeous dresses, cute guys, and queens. Sure, there’s some huge plot holes, but that’s not the point. :) It’s pure fluff and we all need a bit more of that nowadays.

Cillian Murphy’s performance in this is the stuff of legends. Breathtaking, but human. I can’t look at either him, or the transgendered quite the same way after viewing this.

four stars. Better than the film and the film was the best movie of 2006.
