The war metaphor and working for the great pachyderm are the topic of other business books and talked about in these two books, although with tongue firmly planted in cheek.

After you are done laughing, there is truth do what Bing says. His tales may be funny, but they do have nuggets of the reality of business.

Find the audiobook and listen to Philip Bosco and Simon Jones read the books with great skill.

Why I recommend "Noam Chomsky - Rebel Without a Pause"

Noam Chomsky - Rebel Without a Pause

by Will Pascoe

What is real and who do you trust? If a tree falls in the forest and there is no reporter to record it, did it happen? The winner (or the state) writes the history, so is it always correct?

Interesting questions, disturbing answers.

Sykes

Dumbing Down Our Kids by Charles J. Sykes was well worth the time. Sykes explains the reasons behind our national educational demise and gives ideas for reform.

I did very well in school, but now I am questioning my education.
