This novel seemed intriguing when I read a review in a magazine. I was also impressed when I saw that it was written by a teenager. And then I read it. And it sounds exactly like something a teenager would write. All the characters are very one dimensional and cliche. At the end, I felt nothing was truly resolved. I was bored by the first thirty pages but continued because I hate not finishing books. I was relieved to find it did pick up a bit by the middle, but the ending still sucked.

I picked this up from the library for two reasons: one, Natalie Wood is in it and my little sister’s name is Natalie (that’s not a very good reason, I know) and two, I love the Wordsworth poem I assummed the title came from (I was right).
I enjoyed it thoroughly. The storyline is well developed and the acting is great.
Plus, Warren Beatty is kind of hot.

This has become one of my (current) favorite albums. I think I like it more than Hold on Love (which, don’t get me wrong, is also amazing).
