Given for xmas by partner. Had seen in catalog and wondered if they would really be as good as they seem to imply. So, a softened dried fig filled w/ganache [& perhaps some liquor?] + coated in chocolate. Best thing is little stem sticking out at top. Excellent w/ cognac/argmagnac/brandy/Pineau des Charentes after dinner.
