Why I recommend "Curse of the Golden Flower" — 4 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

It was a Shakespearian tragedy set in the Forbidden City.

A story about "Fearless" — 4 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

I really enjoyed this movie. Also, I found the contrast of themes between this movie and another recent Chinese movie, The Curse of the Golden Flower, to be interesting.

Why I recommend "The Fountainhead (Centennial Edition Hardcover)" — 5 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

This has become one of my favorite books.

Pretty good — 5 years ago

This book needed to be written. However it could use an edit. There is frequent repetition and do we need so many CORBA references?

Great book for developers who are new to C# — 5 years ago

Excellent book — 5 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

This was a great book. Just finished it and enjoyed it very much. If you have any interest in kung fu or chinese culture, or just want to read some interesting non-fiction, give it a try. Highly recommended!

Best of the series — 5 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

The Goblet of Fire used to be my favorite book in the series, but it isn’t anymore. A great conclusion to a wonderful series.

Good for beginners — 5 years ago

Just starting out with ASP.NET this book was very useful to me. However, I am quickly tiring of the excessive and redundant code examples, and am finding that the space they take up would have been put to better use by going further in depth. I’m surprised to find that I’m already encountering issues that this book does not cover.

Why it's taking me forever to finish consuming "The Eye of the World" — 6 years ago

I got this at the library and read 200 pages. Then I got interested in technical books again. This hit the back burner and before long it gathered dust during its 2 renewals. Then it went back
