Simply wonderful. Poor Yorrick, indeed. Fforde’s imagination is limitless.

Wonderfully inventive. My love for ibb and obb knows no bounds.
I found this book to be just okay. It didn’t amuse me nearly as much as it seems to have amused others, and I remain slightly bothered by the ‘deus ex machina’ ending.
I can generally suspend my disbelief pretty far, but it wouldn’t quite stretch far enough to ever get in to this novel. It’s not the worst thing I’ve ever read, but nothing to write home about.
This is without question the most inventive, original, intelligent, fun novel I’ve ever read. I recommend it to anybody and everybody who loves wit and humour and above all else, literature. This entire series is just simply wonderful.
This is the funniest book I’ve read in years, although the ending does drag a little bit. Even so, I recommend this book to anybody and everybody who’s ever thought about religion.
This is my least favourite in the entire Thursday Next series, but even the worst Thursday book is better than anything else, ever.
Yet another needlessly silly novel by Christopher Moore. I don’t know why I keep trying to read his books. The only worthwhile one he’s ever written was “Lamb.”
