My favourite album this week, can’t hear it enough. Hope to see them live when they tour in 2006. Any more fans out there?
Did anyone else lose interest in this book about half way through? I did press on to the end, but now a couple of weeks later I can’t remember how it ended. Says it all really!
Bought for me as a gift, would probably never have come across it otherwise. Found it easy to read, an unusual portrayal of family connections. Several underlying issues I felt were handled sensitively. This is a debut novel but I will be on the look out for more by Julia Glass.
Had never heard of them until we saw them doing an outside gig in DC a couple of years ago and they were great.
Quite depressing but now I’m past half way I can’t put it down. Makes me glad to be “normal” if such a thing exists!
