i cooked for my sister and daughter, and instead of bulking the meat out with beans like i normally do i used a leek and 2 carrots :) Those mixed in with the meat, half an onion, an oxo cube some worsester sauce and a jar of tomato sauce (i did not make my own tonight) cooked for half an hour and poured over wholemeal pasta…it was really delicious :)

it helped me to sleep! LOL

Dont see why everyone raved on about this, it didn’t hold my attention too well and dragged on, admittedly it did have the odd good bit. rare yes but they were there and yes it did put me to sleep
