Why I recommend "A Dirty Job: A Novel" — 3 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

I’ve just recently started reading books by Moore, this one was amazing. He has such an off beat sense of humor that had me giggling out loud while reading, which not many authors can do. His characters are great, and giving a link (http://www.moniquemotil.com/sartcre.html) so people could see what he based his “monsters” on was definatley a plus.

Seems like a case that would be on Law n Order. It was interesting and kept me wanting to finish so I could quit guessing.

WORTH CONSUMING!

Reccomended by my MIL, not too bad. Easy to read, no big brainy words like Rice.. ALOT of characters which are sometimes hard to follow. I had to skip back a few times to distinguish characters. Probably read on, there is quite a few books in this series.

A story about "Haunted : A Novel of Stories" — 4 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

I loved it. Starting the book was hard because it was hard to sort out the many many characters. I saw Palahniuk on a talk show saying how people were fainting while reading chapter 7. Oh how he hyped up the book, the story dealing with a pool is more likely to turn stomachs. With each story the characters become more interesting, and shocking. Palahniuk really is one of a kind.

WORTH CONSUMING!

I literally had to sleep with my light on after reading some parts. The middle is kinda slow, but that’s only because the beginning is so hard to top.

A story about "Invisible Monsters" — 4 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

My first book by Chuck, it was really confusing in the beginning and strongly resembled Bret Easton Ellis. As it went on it started twisting around and making sense, and ended up being excellent.
