Third in the Dark One series. I liked this book particularly because there was a good story/adventure surrounding the romance. It also had MacAllister’s usual humor.

Violets are people with violet eyes who are conduits for the dead – meaning a murder victim can testify at their killer’s trial. In this very intriguing thriller, someone wants Violets dead and FBI agent Dan Atwater must team up with Violet Natalie Lindstrom to catch the killer. One of the better thrillers I’ve read.

The continuing adventures of independent runner Rachel Morgan. In this adventure, Rachel must find who’s killing all the Ley line witches in Cincinatti. Fun book, reminiscent of early Laurell K. Hamilton.

Interesting what if story. A doctor who cloning humans (legally), clones his daughter’s killer so he can one day look into his face. Creepy and interesting story about ethics and assumptions.
