A story about the last time I consumed "Stranger Than Fiction" — 2 years ago
I need to buy a new watch.
I'm currently reading 5 books, listening to 4 albums, watching 1 movie, eating and drinking 0 food items, and consuming 0 other things.
I need to buy a new watch.
Okay so this is like an ultra-cheese (and not in a good way) version of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, except without the chainsaw.
If you have to find an upside it would be that I didn’t have to turn away on the gross parts as I usually would, because they are so incredibly fake looking, it’s like they didn’t even try.
Overall this was entertaining. But it was just very frustrating for me, I hate to see someone let them self be a doormat. Nan really should have stood up for herself at least in the end. The message she errased from the nanny cam wasn’t even good enough.
I listened to this again today to remember why I didn’t listen to it anymore. It’s a decent album, it’s catchy and I like the lyrics. But, it’s just too much of the same thing, I can only handle so much.
I don’t usually partake in anything Starbucks for two reasons: 1) They don’t serve brewed Fair Trade coffee 2) I just don’t like their coffee. I’ve tried a few different drinks there and the strawberries and cream frap was the only thing I could stand. Don’t get me wrong, to say I love coffee would be a vast understatement, I just don’t like Starbucks’ coffee drinks. However, my friend Amy told me about this latte and I tried one, now I have to say it’s the best drink I’ve had there.
This is also known as We Are Pilots Version 3.0, it’s the major label version of an album they’ve already released twice. In my opinion this album is too streamlined. I like the less corporate sound of the previous version I have better, plus it has an awesome cover of “Puttin’ on the Ritz.”
I skipped over a lot of this book, because I was mainly using it as a source for a report on the fast food industry’s blame in the rising obesity rate of Americans. It was surprisingly interesting and hopefully I’ll actually read the whole thing someday.
It should say by Blondie and Pat Benatar, but whatever.
Originally I intended to consume this just because it’s on the Rory’s Book Club list; but when it came down to time to pick a topic for a research paper I’m doing, and I couldn’t find any books on fair trade locally, I decided to do my paper on the American obesity epidemic and how much responsibility lies with the fast food industry.
