The Real Age Makeover

So I finished this book yesterday, and oh my god, no offense, but it was a waist of time, only if you are an idiot do you need this book. The book gives you a test and advice about things you can do to “make you younger” AKA what you can do to be more healthy, have more energy, whatever makes you younger. Look younger. I didn’t even have to read the whole book for it to tell me that you need to, take vitamins, exercise, don’t smoke, eat fish, take fewer medications. DUH!! Only idiots don’t know that stuff, I got but like 2 pieces of info that I don’t know. But then again, maybe I’m being too harsh, I do work at a vitamin shop, so I do know more than the average person. I wouldn’t suggest this book

In this book she has food alternatives that are even better tasting and healthier for you. Her fruit spritzers are so tasty compared to soda, and they are cheaper! She talks about the risks of processed non-organic food. This is the perfect health and beauty book. A MUST READ!

5th Element Original Soundtrack

Not only was this movie excellent, but I loved the music so much I went out and got the OST, and I’ve only done that for one other movie, and I’ve seen a lot of movies, so that’s saying a lot. Each song is unique and takes you to another world, it’s all so beautiful, upbeat, and exciting.

It was quite good, it’s a non-fiction book about how to stay healthy in many ways all natural, it includes special spiritual bathing, yoga, massage, eating, detoxing, all kinds of things. And she set it in the theme of the four elements of water, earth, fire, and air. If you like taking care of yourself or are a health freak, this is a good book for you!

Dumb and Dumber

This movie is so crazy, but I would say it’s one of the better known comedy’s of the 90’s. Jim is great once again. You will feel much more stupid after watching this, and there is a lot of immature comedy and strange comedy, but if you are looking to be crazy silly, this is a great movie.

The Princess Bride (Special Edition)

This movie had been in my life ever since I can remember and I never get tired of it, no one in my family gets tired of it. The funny thing about it though is that 1/2 of people like it, and 1/2 of people hate it. But those who do like it, LOVE it. So give it a shot, rent it if you must, but try it. Some of the best comedy characters and lines in cinema are in this movie.

This movie is one that you can pick up anytime no matter what mood you are in and you’ll enjoy it. Some of my most favorite comedy moments and characters are in this movie. Just pure genius and a great movie for a family gathering!

Grave of the Fireflies (2-Disc Collector's Edition)

Great movie! I believe you must have a bit of love for animation, particularily anime to have a bit more of an appreciation for this movie. It made me cry, the story is touching and everyone can relate a bit to this poor family. It tells a great story, and shows the pain of World War II quite well!

I can’t even describe this movie except for excellent. The plot is very unique and intriging, you are on the edge of curiosity throughout the whole movie. The story is also beautiful full of metaphores and lessons of the heart, with a twist of humor and sinful subjects. I cried several times. Everyone must see this movie!

When I first heard Kana 2 years ago I thought she was totally wacked, her voice is very unusual, but if you keep giving her a chance she’ll stick to you like glue and then you’ll become a big fan. This is her first and best album, that includes all my favorite songs by her “Hebi Ichigo” “Chimame” and “Kuuchuu Buranko” Her music in itself is totally great, it’s her strange scratchy rock vocals that you have to get used to. But give her a few chances you might like her in the end!
