It might look awful, kinda burnt on the bottom, a little crestfallen, sorta doughy, but I swear — it will be good.

It’s spicy, it’s funky smelling, it has that wonderful fermented tang to it — no one will want to make out with you afterwards, but damn, screw them. It’s worth it.

WORTH CONSUMING!
Very red and rare, thinly sliced roast beef, on a toasted sesame seed bun with barbecue-ish sauce that’s just a little spicy, but not too much… perfect.
