It’s spicy, it’s funky smelling, it has that wonderful fermented tang to it—no one will want to make out with you afterwards, but damn, screw them. It’s worth it.

WORTH CONSUMING!
Very red and rare, thinly sliced roast beef, on a toasted sesame seed bun with barbecue-ish sauce that’s just a little spicy, but not too much… perfect.
