just found the most awesome podcast. all these weird old obscure rock/pop/garage/surf/whatever songs from the 50s and 60s, with some excerpts from old ads. kitchy, offbeat, and awesome. you should probably check it out, all the cool kids are.

I had to read this book for school this summer, and it was the best summer reading book I’ve ever read. I normally don’t like memoirs, but this is a definite exception. Sometimes humourous, sometimes poignant, alwasy very well written. Seeing McCourt’s childhood poverty really made me think about how much I have.

I just saw this movie last weekend on some channel’s “Asian Invasion Saturday.” I was surprised that it was so good. It was funny without being stupid, and I really loved Sing’s transformation at the end. I’ll have to rent it so I can see it unedited and without commercials…

I got this cd a few years ago. I pick it up every now and then, and each time I get into it again, there’s a different song that appeals to me. One of my favorites!

Ooops, I clicked on the wrong book…I meant the Metamorphosis by Kafka…I guess this is a cliff’s notes version or something you read with the book so that you don’t miss all of the symbols, or whatever. Well, I didn’t read this, but the Metamorphosis was really good.
