A story about "The Uninvited" — 33 weeks ago
crazy ending. not bad for a buck.
I'm currently reading 1 book, listening to 0 albums, watching 1 movie, eating and drinking 0 food items, and consuming 7 other things.
this was my least favorite of the series. i found it dragged a little until the end. the fight sequence actually made me anxious. i was so engrossed in it that when my cell buzzed i jumped a mile.
i really really liked this movie. i liked how diane keaton spoke. i liked how woody allen talked to the audience and i like how he’s such a loveable neurotic individual. i liked how creepy christopher walken was even very young. and i really liked how allen sneezed when he tasted the $2k an ounce cocaine! wished i watched it sooner.
i had rented this from netflix about 5 months ago. it was in my queue merely for the fact it was a movie i felt i must see. i thought it was going to be in black and white and i just wasn’t in the mood. after getting yet another charge to my credit card and having the same 3 movies still, i decided either to watch them this week or return them. this was the longest of the 3 so it was the first up. to my surprise the movie was in color. it’s been an interesting movie going experience. i felt the movie was a little oppressive, almost making me feel “heavy” at times. midge was the answer to this “heaviness” for me. i was confused and disappointed she disappeared near the end. i was completely thrown when the twist was enacted. i absolutely loved the colors when judy emerged from the bathroom after scotty had transformed her into madeline. the sea-foam green was beautiful and i liked how ethereal it seemed. i’m glad i watched it but won’t be in a rush to see it again.
i really really liked this movie. it was inspiring. made me cry twice and text d. to watch it if he hadn’t yet.
my fisrt use of a bubble bar. the first time i tried it i only broke off a small piece and was amazed by how much bubbles it actually produces. second time i used the rest of the bar ecause i wasn’t so keen on the scent and wanted to get rid of it. it does produce a lot of bubbles that do last for a long time. it also makes the water pink which i really liked. as mentined above i wasn’t too keen on the scent, the smell and the longetivity. will definetly try another scent though
same people as the first hostel but the victims were girls. redeeming feature: i’m in love with bloodhounds and they factor majorly in the plot.
my absolute favorite part is when they play baseball. it makes me smile every single time.
i watched the movie before and after i read the first book and i’m glad i did. the movie stayed true to the book for the most part, but i felt it left out a couple of crucial bits of information. watching it the second time i thought they could’ve done a better job casting esme. she was too plain for me in the movie. loved it though!!!! i am utterly in love with edward and have a minor crush on carlisle. i’m enjoying being wrapped up in the story and the characters.
i am such a sucker for “father”/son father/daughter relationships. i don’t have the best relationship with my dad and they always seem to make me cry. heartwarming, cute, drama. was much better than i thought it was going to be. i’m glad i watched it.
