I’m surprised I didn’t read this book sooner. I’ve been a big fan of sci-fi since I was a child, and this book was right up my alley. I absolutely loved Wells’ writing style, and the story was such a vastly different take on time traveling compared to most stories that we see that involve the same concept. I liked the fact that he went thousands of years into the future, as opposed to just a hundred or so. This was a very lovely little novella, and I’m definitely going to have to pick up more H.G.Wells in the future.

Argue with a Tree...

Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t too bad… but most of their songs sound the same to me, very few actually stick out. They’re nice to listen to every once in a while, but I couldn’t sit through the whole album.

Not bad at all. =D I was a little skeptical, having played and watched others play the games, but if you let go of that experience and don’t be a purist about it, it’s actually a very enjoyable movie. The special effects were great, and I liked the creepy imagery, as well as the little references to the games that they threw in here and there.

I really, really liked this one. I think this volume was better than the first, and the story is drawing me in even more. I’m so happy that a 4th volume will be coming out this year. I was worried for some reason that it wouldn’t be continued. =D I’m very happy that it is, though, and I look forward to reading more.

This was probably one of the more interesting manga that I’ve read recently. It has a great and unique story, and enough spooky imagery to keep things from getting overly girly. The characters are interesting and easy to remember. Overall I really liked it, and I plan on reading the second volume very soon.

Well, this book took me a long time to read, mostly because it wasn’t the sort of book that I can read quickly, and without putting it down. It wasn’t a bad book, but there were parts of it that really seemed to drag by. It was very well written, though, and during some parts it was actually funny. I left the book feeling a little sorry for Humbert, and getting much more appreciation for Dolly. I actually really liked the last few chapters of the book, and found the ending to be quite good. It didn’t leave me with a weird, disappointed sort of feeling that I’ve gotten from a few other books.

This game is probably one of the cutest games ever. I love it, and the songs get stuck in my head all the time. Both games are great, but for some reason I liked the first one a bit better. I guess the changed voices of the second one are a bit hard to get used to. =D

I finally finished the first game. The special edition comes with the original and the sequel. I just haven’t had much time to play it lately due to work and school and being lazy. I love this game though, it’s fun and cute, and very entertaining. <3

I Luv Halloween Volume 1

I’m recommending this manga to anyone who likes a good horror-story with a comedic twist. It reminded me of Jhonen Vasquez’s work a bit, but for some reason it was a great deal more disturbing to me. There were so many unexpected twists… it left me saying “Oh my God, did that just happen???” I can’t wait to read the next one!

Serious Sam 2

A lot of people were disappointed with this game, but I actually really liked it. I played it co-op with my husband and my little brother, and I had a lot of fun with them. The gameplay is repetitive, but so is the gameplay in most games, so I don’t judge too harshly based upon that.

Frankenstein (Barnes & Noble Classics Series) (B&N Classics)

I had been wanting to read this for a very long time, and started last month. I wanted to know where the movie image of the monster had come from and if the story in my mind was accurate. Of course it wasn’t! It was a great book, I loved reading the actual story, rather than having a silly interpretation of it in my mind. I really enjoyed it, and may decide to re-read it one day, when I’ve gotten done with reading the rest of my books.

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe

This is probably one of the best movies that I’ve seen in a long time… I know that it was probably shortened and changed a lot, but it didn’t feel like it skipped around like the 4th Harry Potter movie. Yes, I understand it’s probably very difficult to get a very large book to fit into under 3 hours. Anyway, I highly recommend this, and I’ll most likely go see it again.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (Book 6)

Well, I’m finally done reading it, and I really really liked it. It was very long, and the ending was very dramatic and quite sad. I loved the way that she sets up the story for the next book, and I’m really looking forward to reading it. Hopefully it won’t take too long to come out, but even if it does…it’s the quality of the story that counts. I will eventually be reading this again. :)

This album has some really great songs on it. Obviously, since it was Rammstein’s first album, I personally like the later ones better. However, I feel that this was definitely worth consuming because I liked it very much. They’re manly. ^_ The best thing I can suggest it see for yourself, and that not everyone will like it or understand it. I think it rocks, though.
