just…sigh. absolutely lovely. i can even overlook ms. hepburn, it’s that lovely.
this isn’t really something you can finish. that said, i have had to take a wee vacation from playing.
i fear the weeds i’ll have when i go back to it.
i’m never going to finish this it seems….i’ll be 93, playing katamari.
there are worse ways to go.
terminally wistful, without being sickly or saccharine.
...because, frankly, if you haven’t devoured and enjoyed this book, i probably don’t have anything to say to you.
..hmm…i think i just like being able to put how this changed my life about this particular tome. at any rate, this book is abso-freaking-lutely necessary for any music geek worth their salt. full of factoids, funny stories, and cringeworthy ego-trips, the book makes me remember a time when music mattered. sigh.
i’ve read it about three gagillion times, and plan to read it again! not now, but eventually…
