A story about "Hamlet ( Folger Library Shakespeare)" — 6 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

I liked it more than Romeo and Juliet (the only other Shakespeare work I’ve read); it had a lot more action and substance. The ending was the same though (all the main characters die).

A review of "Prey" — 7 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

Thrilling, interesting novel. Kind of read like an action movie, which I why I liked it.

Very good read — 7 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

Just like Sayuri in the movie, the main character beautifully personifies nature. The jokes and allusions in the book, although sparse, are relatively humorous. An all around good read; long, detailed, and interesting.

A review of "The Five People You Meet in Heaven" — 7 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

A very short, rather inspirational view of how heaven is first presented to a person. Illustrated the terribleness of war extremely well.

A great read — 7 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

This is the first book I’ve read in a long time that played out like a thriller at the movies. Exciting and invigorating.

A story about "Freakonomics: A Rogue Economist Explores the Hidden Side of Everything" — 7 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

Very interesting statistics. I was surprised to find my first name in a variety of income situations.

A story about "The Da Vinci Code" — 7 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

Every chapter ended on a cliffhanger. I just couldn’t put it down! Learned a bit about Da Vinci and the Louvre, too. A great read, highly recommended.

A story about "1776" — 7 years ago

Very interesting and detailed account of Washington’s forces, and their triumphs and failures. Still have to find out what the “brilliant stroke” is.

A story about "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (Book 6)" — 7 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

I just couldn’t put it down. Definitely the “darkest” of the series, so far; the ending was very depressing. I’m convinced to find out what will happen to Harry in the last book…
