A story about "Shopaholic Ties the Knot" — 4 years ago
Actually liked this one better than Shopaholic in Manhattan or whatever the damn title was.

Very much enjoyed this book.
Listening to the audiobook version, and the narrator does an outstanding job.
Two things happen every time I watch this: I laugh throughout the whole thing, especially Jenna’s initial “wake-up” as a 30 year old, and then I cry like a baby towards the end. Such a genuine, fun movie.
I enjoyed going through the Austen books and even liked some of the discussion points the book brought up. Ultimately, though, this had almost no substance. It lived at the top level of the ocean and never went deeper. It felt like an abridged version of itself.
Just started listening to this last night and it’s already rubbing me the wrong way. I hate very self-aware, navel-gazing books, and I’m afraid that’s what this will turn out to be.
I’ve just started lthis book and I already love it. I’m sure the people in the cars next to me are wondering why I am laughing so hard and gasping in surprise.
I cried and cried through this book, but that wasn’t a bad thing. There were some rough spots, but overall it was a good read. Not entirely predictable, either, which is nice for this genre.
