Soyjoy bars are disgusting. For one thing, they’re overpriced, especially for the size. It’s not filling at all. It’s like a tiny hard block of fruitcake flavored tofu. The ingredients are especially not vegan, containing things like butter, milk, eggs, and even parmesan cheese in some! They’re also pretty high in saturated fat, with the mango coconut one having almost 20% of the daily recommendation. They offer little nutritional value, with only 4g of protein and 3g of fiber. These are nasty, expensive, and are really not that healthy!
