Ketchup really is just kind of salty and red-tasting. In my opinion, hot dogs and hamburgers taste wonderful without ketchup, if they’re made correctly. Fries too. However, badly made food with ketchup can someteims taste better if only because the taste of ketchup gives it some taste at all.
