Jacksonville Symphony (along with the Jacksonville Chorus) played this this weekend. I love Mendelssohn, but before this piece, all I’d ever heard was his quartets. But this piece was really amazing.

I love these baked (at home). They’re really great if you can cut them shoestring size with slightly bigger onion pieces then season with cajun seasoning.
