I can say I thought this movie would be better then what it was. But it was at least worth viewing. There are a few twists at the end that can still make it enjoyable for all – it is a comedy suspense movie type atmosphere when it is all said and done.

While like always Christian Bale plays a great role (though this one was a small one) this movie tried to be a victorian era pulp ficiton – in the sense the plot was all over the place.

Robin Williams stole the show in the small role he played in this film. Eddie Izzard played an excellent straight role – but even when he plays it straight it still seems to come off humorous – but that might just be me.

This show like others have said is more of the same – the formula is essentially unchanged. I’m not going to say the formula is stale – but this season’s storyline is not the best one. If you had a choice of 24 seasons to watch, I would go with season’s 2 or 3.

Soon to watch 24 season 5 let’s hope it gets back to how the first few seasons felt.

While on the surface this may not be the greatest movie in the world (and it’s not). In fact at the time it was realeased it was the highest costing lowest money making movie ratio Disney had ever released.

That all being said part of me wished they would have gone the original plan of making this a drama and not a musical. I found the story line (based on true events) of children going on strike against Pulitzer on the price increase of newspaper fascinating. I can’t think of a modern parallel of children causing a big business to change it’s ways. I did do some brief follow up in wikipedia about the original story but it was sparse and will require more research on my part to read about the historical side of this.

Christian Bale is a joy to watch. He is one of the greatest Actors living today. The best is always to watch him while he is having fun, you can see the joy he had doing this role.

If you are a true Ender fanatic you must read this book. It is filled with short stories about different things in the Enderverse – but the most important story is when Ender first meets Jane.

I’ve avoided Star Wars novels for a while now, because of the plethora that have come out the last 8-9 years since I was actively reading all of them I didn’t want ot play catch up.

Star Wars has become like the dungeons and dragons novels I avoid – but Zahn – Zahn is the master and he managed to suck me back in so I think I may have to play catch up now.

It was a great novel – not up to par to Zahn’s earlier Star Wars works – but above and beyond anyone else in the field.

I’m not usually a Dean Koontz reader, but this I can say is definitely one of his better of his better works

I’ve been fighting to finish this game for years. I start get part of the way through and don’t follow through. This time around I am determined to finish this game that has been plagueing me.

Final Fantasy is a game that has eluded my conquest for a while – with the new dawn of souls GBA cartridge I managed to finally complete this game. I would recommend anyone interested in old RPG’s or on the final fantasy journey to complete this game.
