Lapsuong Chong Salted Chicken — 22 weeks ago

Salt is salty despite what the author says – be careful how much you add as the salt will melt under heat. I didn’t use the full amount of salt, and the salt was more than enough.

I had Lapsuong Chong to spare as I don’t like the taste.

Why I want to consume "The Dance of Life : The Other Dimension of Time" — 42 weeks ago

Life as a Dance

The description of life being a dance has appeared to me in the Murukami book title “Dance Dance Dance”. If you think of our movements alone, then yes, our life is a dance. How will this book change my dance?

Why I want to consume "The Dance of Life : The Other Dimension of Time" — 42 weeks ago

Time is a basic concept we need to understand. There was a recently published book on Time. I can’t imagine it being better than this book published in 1982. This book being written by an anthropolgist. I will read the new book next and compare.

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

If we think we don’t understand why the characters acted the way they did, we need to remember this was a period piece about what marriage was about in the 1950s.

Beautiful grey shots. Nice interspersing ferris wheel scenes.
