A story about "Honor Your Anger: How Transforming Your Anger Style Can Change Your Life" — 3 years ago
I am reading Beverly Engel’s Honor your anger right now because on Tuesday, Leslie asked me to draw or right about or find music or movement about different, healthy styles of anger and I realized that I had no idea what they were or even how to go about starting this project. It’s been a decent read so far. I’ve learned that my primary anger style is projective aggressive….which is interesting to me, and rings true. Today, I should get to the part about the different, healthier styles of anger, and I’m looking forward to it. I’ll let you know how it goes.
