Destined to become a Christmas classic!

WORTH CONSUMING!

My bugs are usually slightly more theoretical.

Okay, where’s that sequel?

A story about "Giggle, Giggle, Quack" — 6 years ago

A worthy follow-up to “Click, Clack, Moo”. I particularly like the picture of Duck sharpening his pencil.

A story about "Leap of Faith : Memoirs of an Unexpected Life" — 6 years ago

Well worth reading. While I didn’t find it as “intimate” as the jacket would have you believe, it was a fascinating look at another culture, and at the recent history of the Middle East. Recommended for those who want to broaden their worldview.

A story about "Sword of the Rightful King: A Novel of King Arthur" — 6 years ago

This book took not only a familiar story but also a familiar plot twist and turned them both into something new. I’m fascinated.

A story about "The Enneagram Made Easy: Discover the 9 Types of People" — 6 years ago

I browsed through this book and I really liked the concise descriptions and the very useful information about how it actually manifests itself. I may use it for my NaNoWriMo characters. I’m a 7, by the way.

A story about "The Spider and the Fly" — 6 years ago

Great illustrations but such a sad fate for a little fly.

A story about "Ship of Dreams" — 6 years ago

I love these illustrations. The illustration featured on the cover is particularly beautiful and the kind of fantasy I had as a kid.

A story about "Single Wife" — 6 years ago

I found this book engaging and well worth reading, but, like Helen Fielding’s “Cause Celeb”, the marketing and the book really didn’t seem to connect. In both cases, the books were billed as funny, almost light, romps. In both cases, the actual book was much more reflective, even sad. These books are good enough to stand up on their own, without “fluff” marketing.
