This is remarkable for me because it contains marshmallows (probably not vegetarian marshmallows), but I’ve downed almost a gallon in less than a week, and while it could be my imagination, my sore, not healing well broken wrist is not so sore anymore. Maybe I should gorge on jello next.
A very powerful book. Levine invites us to think of trauma not in terms of the triggering event(s), but as symptoms evidencing an incomplete body-mind response process. Levine offers specific interventions for working with trauma, without “re-traumatizing” the client, and is appropriate reading for those in the field, or a general audience.
Love this show. James Spader, William Shatner, Candace Bergen, Betty White… Amazing what they manage to get away with during prime time.
Re: the movie, I actually only consumed about 5 minutes of this. Honestly, I started crying when the poor old hen who’d stopped laying eggs realized she was soon to be consumed herself… “I don’t want to be a pot pie!” And that was the end for me.
Otherwise, I’m sure I could have loved it. I love Wallace & Grommit and the Babe movies. Maybe I’ll attempt this again sometime.
OK. This thing is brilliant. The little scrubby part clips into the end. When you’re done, you open the clip with the push of a button and just flush the scrubby pad away. Yay!
(Yes, I’m a freak).
My favorite Roxy Music album, and one of my favorite albums ever.
A very powerful book.
