Yummy – I love sweet potatoes – yay Autumn!!!
One of my old punk albums that I haven’t sold off. Because it’s just a phenomenal album all-round.
Yummy, yummy, yummy. The only food in the world that sounded good for dinner last night.
I ate a whole head, sauteed with garlic.
Don’t ask.
Never again.
(The dog could choke it down, anyway).
Just watched this again. I have seen this movie countless times, and each time I watch this film, I see something new in it that blows me away. The writing, the direction (at least with the main characters), and most of all the performances, are full of subtlety, richness and depth.
Generally like these, but it was disappointing today :(
Much as I enjoyed the food, what was most memorable for me was following shots of vodka with sliced cucumbers and yoghurt… lots of shots of vodka followed by cucumbers and yoghurt… (well, not too, too many, as I did still manage to memorize counting to 10 in Farsi!)
So, I’ve resigned myself to a daily regimen of nasal spray, in order to help maintain my sinus health, as I have mold and ragweed allergies, which for me settle into sinus and ear infections. This sucks! I HATE HATE HATE having anything up my nose, having water up my nose (one aspect of my aversion to swimming), and certainly spraying anything up my nose, much less something with salt, or grapefruit seed extract, or olive leaf, or anything else – YUCK YUCK OUCH YUCK YUCK GROOOOSSS!!!
But, my Grandmother used saltwater every night before bed and never had these problems, so I will do it…
Needed to grumble about it, though. Thanks, all.
Worth consuming?
Well, these things are gross (hence the tag, medicinal slime), but they work. If you can bear them :\
