About half way through. Slow readin but enjoyable in a sort of laid back, interesting way.

I really enjoyed this, having watched Bruce Penhall at Cradley Heath as a kid and seeing him win the world championships at Wembley in 1981.

However if you have no idea who Bruce Penhall is then it’ll probably all be a bit boring.

I enjoyed it, in fact couldn’t put it down. However I feel that the book was 5 times too long, too many words and not enough plot action. In fact nothing much has really happened since the Goblet of Fire. Still, the finale should be good.
