For Martin Luther King Day I reviewed the album below as a tribute, especially the song, “We Shall Overcome.” It was an anthem of my childhood and always brings tears to my eyes when I think of that era and how America is still a country that practices bias and exclusion. I am reminded of this as I think about the immigration situation of today. I am opposed to roundups. I pray that a peaceful solution is found and that an economic solution is found with Mexico.
