NOT WORTH CONSUMING

The story of Dead Eddie’s House would be a fun, depressing, and, in the end, redeeming one, if the author could only remember certain things about 1993:

- WebTV wasn’t even FOUDNED until 1993 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Webtv), so referencing it in the book is inaccurate.
- The odds of a mobile phone fitting remotely comfortably in your back pocket in 1993 was pretty slim (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cell_phones)
- In 1993, the phrases “web site” and “internet” were barely a buzz word, nevermind a piece of vernacular. The odds of someone saying “Go check the internet for bomb recipes” would be slim.

If Wells could have better researched or had a better editor on this book, it may have been more engrossing. It certainly would have distracted me less, making me wonder what flub the author would do next.
