A story about "Last Orders" — 5 years ago
I’m supposed to read this for my English lit. course…
I'm currently reading 28 books, listening to 3 albums, watching 0 movies, eating and drinking 0 food items, and consuming 0 other things.
arioch hasn't consumed anything recently.
I’ve started reading this. Basically it seems to be a bunch of licenses with some fairly simple comments. I’m reading Lawrence Rosen’s book instead now. It seems better.
This seemed interesting so I went to the library and picked it up. Haven’t started reading it yet, though.
This is probably my favourite cookbook.
Truly great book!
+5 Insightful ;-)
Recommended reading for everyone.
I’ve finally started reading this. I’m reading the free electronic version from The University of Adelaide Library.
The fact that I was carrying the e version around in my Palm pushed it right to the top of the queue. ;-)
I really liked this book. Thre are tons of geeky tech references in it but it could probably be read and enjoyed as “just” plain SF if you’re a non-geek.
This book was on the reading list for the Open Source/Free Software Philosophy course so I re-readi parts of it for that.
Basically, various people explain why they like open source.
This book is, by far, the best I have found on the subject. Recommended.
