A story about "Church After Christendom" — 4 years ago
Develops the theme of Murray’s book ‘Post Christendom’ more focusedly in relation to ecclesiological and missiological implications. The book takes an anabaptist perspective as a good place to start thinking about how non-Christendom churches might look. However, he is not uncritical of the anabaptist practices and realities either.
Some very insightful stuff in here about how church life does and doesn’t work and how it embodies Christendom assumptions and therefore what is likely to be shifting in coming years.
