If Charles De Lint wrote it, there’s a 99% chance I own it. The man is awesome – he writes in such an inspiring way, that makes you think magic could just walk right up and pinch you on the arse when you least expect it. His characters have such a richness of depth, I feel like they could just walk right out of his books and talk to me!

Liked it alot. I hope that Patricia Briggs writes more stories in this worldscape. For me this book had a similar feel to it of Kelly Armstrong’s werewolf/vamp world, and the writing was very fluid, easy to read and made sense. There were some elements of comedy, but she kept the story on a more dramatic note, and left out alot of what I call “fluff”, which some authors seem determined to write into their vamp/werewolf/witch stories. All in all, a great read!

Loved this book! Awesome storyline, great characters. But then I love anything Wen Spencer writes. :o)

This is the sixth book in Harris’s Sookie Stackhouse series, and definitely worth reading. I love this series! You will probably like this book if you enjoy stories with vamps, were anythings, interesting heroins and great storylines.
