This is my very favorite single malt. It is smooth, but has warmth, and has a wonderful hint of sea air to it.

I’ve resisted getting a coffeemaker at home, since I didn’t want to get into the habit of drinking too much. But we got a Chemex drip pot for Christmas and it makes such lovely coffee. Addiction is surely right around the corner.
