Best Pixar flick bar none — 1 year ago
The dark joke on humanity, the innocence of WALL-E, the fact that none of the main characters have a lot of lines, and an enchanting story that ties up neatly. I loved it.

It is an oddball idea turned into an oddball movie but I enjoyed it. I didn’t even mind Jack Black.
Whee! New Electric President Album!
happy dance
I read Dr. Seuss’ books as a child but I don’t have the near-obsessive attachment to them that some of my peers seem to have, and I don’t particularly care for Jim Carrey. And the first 20 minutes or so I wasn’t really sure where this was going to go.
But it made good in the end, the whole worlds within worlds thing is amusing, and some of the CGI was truly beautiful. I enjoyed it.
Deadpan delivery, calculated awkwardness, intentional suck, and possibly the most terrible songs ever executed with remarkable precision and technique.
It is like “The Office” (UK version) with music.
I was never a fan of Iron Man, but the movie does a decent job. The suit is impressive, some jokes are good (I loved the jet boot testing bits), and Robert Downey Jr. and Jeff Bridges might seem strange choices for hero and antagonist but it works.
I can’t stop playing this. I count the hours until my work day ends so I can get online and lay the smack on total strangers on the internet. The online gameplay works exactly as it should – you mash some buttons, and 30 seconds later later you are racing against 6-12 others across the globe, some scarily good, others deploringly bad. Massive amounts of fun, indeed.
Hello, my name is Michiel, I am 34, and I am addicted to Mario Kart Wii, with all the sadness that implies.
This looks just stunning. I put it on in the background but it keeps drawing my eye. You need to watch this in HD on a really big screen.
Almost as good as actually being in all these places, and in many cases, the only way you are ever going to see some of these awe-inspiring images of Earth and the rich variety of life it contains.
