Why I recommend "The Big Easy" — 3 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

Just a great interesting intense film. Dennis Quaid did an amazing job with Nawlins speak… cajun accent. I think this movie made me love Dennis…! or maybe it was Wilder Napalm…?

Why I recommend "The Family Stone (Widescreen Edition)" — 3 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

I loved this movie. The characters were diverse and interesting. There were serious undertones of reality, funny scenes and family interactions. I thought the parents were cool parents and that the family knew each other well. Sure it was a bit silly but I found that I laughed and I cried. I think it is a great Christmas movie!

A question I have about "Syriana (Widescreen Edition)" — 3 years ago

NOT WORTH CONSUMING

What the hell was going on…blah blah blah. It was not interesting and the characters were never developed. I agree that we all need to examine the oil business more intensely but this movie was just too choppy to make any real statement.

A story about "Memphis Platter" — 3 years ago

Well, I didn’t consume the whole platter on my own! Me and 3 pals did… for 30 bucks you get more than you can eat (so stuffed and a doggy bag for the the doggy) Fun atomsphere… especially the Broadway location!

A story about "Sideways (Widescreen Edition)" — 3 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

At first I didn’t like this movie. My friend recommended it to my and I thought, why did he like this? Then as I was telling people about the movie I started laughing and rethinking how I felt about it. Since that time I have watched it a few more times. I think it is interesting the relationship between the two friends, one oenophile and the other an “actor” at first you think that Miles is such a loser and then you begin to realize it is Jack that is the big jerk. Being a bit of an oenophile myself, I enjoyed the discussions about wine in this movie.
