This album is quite different from the Flipsyde’s first one.

Read the first sentence again. It is the most important one in this review. After listening to the songs on the first album countless of times you become attached to their style, rythm and themes. This albums comes as a bit of a shock to the sytem. Alot of things change. The biggest change is probably Chantelle Paige taking the lead vocals alot more. In fact you hear her most of the time. This makes the new songs sound quite “pop”.

This is not a bad thing though, its just different. Once you are over the initial shock and listen to the lyrics carefully you see that this album is just as good as the first one and I would recomend anyone getting it!

This is the one music album that I can honestly say have had a huge impact on my life. I discovered Flipsyde completly by accident. I did not have the whole album at once though. I got it song by song and with each song I loved the band more and more. They play such a variety of styles and combinations of different types of music that it can appeal to anyone.

Each song on the album has it’s own unique theme that applies to everyone’s lives at some point or another. Ever since I had them on my mp3 player I remember playing them to people at various occasions whether it be a party or an actual date. I owe alot to these guys. Peace out!
