In a strange way, it makes me quite okay with dying. It&#8217;s vintage Cash, with train and prisoner metaphors throughout nearly every song. One review warned that his powerful voice had lost something, but I hear something different, a rich, textured voice that is marked with every wrinkle of every year, and which tells the story of the song much better than the lyrics.
