Very intense movie; I think I liked it because of the redemption theme.

I did tend to enjoy Crash more, but seeing as how this movie came before Crash, I believe you got to give it credit.
The dog scenes were quite graphic; and very realistic. Wonder how they kept PETA off their backs?

I liked how this book shows that the pilot is constantly in contact with somebody in ground control, and that planes can almost land themselves (with the exception of deploying landing gear and doing something with the flaps).

The story line was brittle, the soundtrack was decent. Rebecca D. sure is a shell of the woman she was from Risky Business Days.

Interesting that the hallucination scenes were done in color, and that the rest of the movie was in black and white.
Did they have to make the female lead look so Frankenstein like? I almost thought bolts were going to start growing out of her neck!

If for nothing else, I loved the old San Francisco scenes. I even think some of the film was shot very near where I first landed in SF, right by Taylor Street in Nob Hill.

The Three Musketeers (Les Trois Mousquetaires) is a novel by Alexandre Dumas, père. It recounts the adventures of a young man named d’Artagnan after he leaves home to become a musketeer. D’Artagnan is not one of the musketeers of the title; those are his friends Athos, Porthos, and Aramis—inseparable friends who live by the motto “one for all, all for one” (“un pour tous, tous pour un”). I think the cartoon you watched as a youth was called The Three Musketeers by Hanna Barbara.

This movie was also significant in that it will end up being the last one Stephanie, Yvonne, & I saw together.
I got the question wrong in the movie. I could have sworn the answer was D”Artagnan because I remembered the cartoon.
