This is not the best historical atlas I’ve seen, but someone gave it to me and I needed to review my history a little bit for my travels.

There are some faults/mistakes in the text and the text itself is a little too brief for my taste. I think the maps are often good though, showing clearly what they are intended to show. I like how they tilt the maps for example. That shows connections of areas that conventionally sit differently in our minds and fits them better onto the pages.

I brief I’d say I recommend people to look for a better one, and I recommend getting yourself a more specific one if you are interested in any specific time, region and/or culture.

well.. I’ve read some of them, I have a set of them but I guess I’m not half way through.. But I think they are interesting. It’s also nice to read the old language.. You get a feeling for language and the evolution of language and have an easier time learning other Germanic languages later.

Still.. I don’t think I’ll be putting them high on my priorities list. It’s also good to have them for later.

Well I’ve only tried it at pizza hut. I think those pizzas are good.. but fatty enough already. I think this extra fat is overkill

This is just the best gin out there..

Bombay Sapphire is nice and spicy. If you want to mix some gin you might still consider using a cheaper brand since the 10 (or 13 really) spices of Bombay Sapphire you pay for by buying it might get lost in the mix . Still, truly luxurious :)

This is a terrible and cheesy romantic remake (/rape) of the beautiful and thoughtful German movie “Der Himmel über Berlin” apparently called “Wings of Desire” in English. That one is quite good.

This movie however, is terrible.

It’s pointless and worn but somehow manages to make the experience of watching it worthwhile.

It’s worth it just seeing this phenomenon.. otherwise it’s a pathetic movie.

Can’t say it was disappointing since I didn’t expect much of it,
but I’d definately recommend you use your time for the graphic novel instead of the movie.

If you eat meat, you should eat justly, and not only eat the ugly animals :)
