A story about "Tofu"

Tofu

I take wheat crackers (I use Vita-Wheats, but I don’t know what the US equivalent is), spread the crackers with tahini, sprinkle them with a bit of grated carrot, and then place half a slice of fresh tomato on each one. Then I fry slices of firm tofu in olive oil, and place one slice on top of each cracker (on top ot the tomato) while still hot. It’s one of my favourite foods… and really filling.

If anyone knows who carries it please let me know – thanks :)

If anyone knows whether it’s still around for purchase here, please let me know. Thanks :)

A question I have about "David Holzman's Diary"

I’m really dying to get a copy, but it hasn’t been released in Australia… and of course there is no point getting a foreign copy of a DVD, as I wouldn’t be able to play it here.

If anyone has any suggestions or hear’s of it being release in Australia, please let me know.

A story about "Malibu Coconut Rum"

Why I recommend "cantaloupe"

cantaloupe

by nature

This is one of my favourite foods. I often make smoothies with it. I usually put half a rockmelon (cantaloupe) into the blender along with another piece of fruit or two (kiwi, apple, some berries etc…), add about a small glass of fruit juice, and about the same amount of any sugar free soda drink… blend and drink.

It’s a good way to get fruit into yourself if you find it hard, and you can vary it as much as you like.

It was open to the public 14 times… but still I had a bit of a tear in my eye every night towards the end as I listened in the wings.

If you like this movie, and ever get a chance to go to a good production of the play… it will be worth it.

Must have (rated 5 stars)

Vegemite

by Kraft

I don’t think I have ever let a the jar of Vegemite run out before buying the next one. There are more ways to have it than just on toast… you can add a bit to savoury sauces, or melt some in a cup of hot water to drink.

Vegemite is meant to be spread more sparingly than other spreads… so you’re not likely to enjoy it if it’s spread to think.

I love it!
