His girlfriend said that a few of her co-workers said that it was even more grousome than The Strangers and that a few of them couldn’t sleep at night.

So… I said “RENT IT.”
lol

It did make me scream! But it wasn’t at all more horrific than The Strangers, but the ending… that was kind of sick! It reminded me of The Ring.
I gotta admit… I did have to sleep with my closet light on.
lol

I thought it was really good though.

A story about "Linewatch"

I can not remember the last time a movie made me scream, the type where you’re really scared yourself and your heart is beating really, really fast.

This movie made me scream like that TWICE.

Holy crap, I still can’t get over it, and we finished watching it a couple hours ago.

I don’t know if this is true or not because my dad has a tendancy to make up lies to keep your interest about something or to sound ‘smarter’ about something, but he did tell us that the movie had to be taken out of theaters (or wasn’t ever shown in theaters) because it was too scary.

I gotta admit… because of the last thirty minutes or so, I can kind of believe that!!
Especially the ending, that was kind of sick.

We had to rewind it about five times (literally) because we couldn’t understand what was going on in the beginning, and it was kind of a little slow and a little confusing but we finally understood it and it was just… woah.

And it’s a true story and I just feel so bad for those people!

“Why are you doing this to us?!”

”...because you were home.”

Isn’t that just the saddest thing in the world and the most grousome answer.

There are some pretty messed up people out there.

I loved that!
I was kind of waiting for a “what’s this, what’s happening, what’s going on” to pop up somewhere in the background.

LOL

Hard to take at first.

Requiem for a Dream

by Darren Aronofsky

About twenty or thirty minutes into the movie, I almost had to shut it off.
I didn’t think that I could handle it.
Too many bad memories started to surface that took me so long to nearly forget.

But I am glad that I finished it.
And it made me glad that I am clean.

At the end, when Mariane was clutching the bag as if it were her long lost love, her only friend, her only hope for tomorrow… that was me one too many times.
It almost made me cry to think of how much I was like each characters in so many similar and different ways.

On a certain level that I might’ve created on my own during my downward spiral, the movie made me miss a few things.
Another reason why I almost had to stop watching it.

Having the only shoulder you feel comfortable enough to cry your heart out on call you a crackwhore is a rude fucking awakening.
I don’t know why the movie made me miss that.

I know that I won’t be watching it again because I don’t want any kind of influences like those.

I still liked it a lot though, regardless.

Two and a half months clean and counting…

talk about the long hard road out of hell.
I’m still in hell, but it’s more like limbo.

I guess.

This is a subject that I could spend forever talking about and sharing.
It helps.

: )

A story about "Vanilla Bean Frappuccino® Blended Crème"

Are these new?!”

I still love ya’, Starbucks!
