My husband and his friends have been quoting this and talking about it for as long as I’ve known them. When I found out about the American Film Institute’s 100 greatest list I decided that I wanted to see every one of them. One of the items on the list was this one. My husband advised me not to see it, it was too messed up and I had already revealed to him that the biggest fear in most women is being raped. I told him I would anyway, just because it was on the list. I started watching it bracing myself for what I knew was to come, and with the mindset that I was likely going to hate it because of the content. I had no idea that I would actually like it. I wouldn’t call it amazing, or awesome, but there was something about the overall eerie quality of the film that I actually enjoyed. In spite of the fact that the ultra-violence and the raped made me feel as sick as Alex did after his treatment, I thought the movie was phenomenal, and a cinematic genius. I’d definitely recommend it to a friend but I would strongly advise not to watch it alone, especially if you are female.

one of the best mob movies I’ve seen in awhile. I like how it wasn’t from the usually perspective of the head of the mafia but rather from someone who fought the mob and won.

If this movie wasn’t four hours long I’d watch it every day. I have to see it once every couple years (preferrable 1-2 times a year though) and I never get tired of it.

I didn’t think it was that interesting.

Probably one of the best twists to a Cinderella story I’ve seen. Well worth seeing.

When I first got this cd I was 18 and at a very restless point in my life. I would often listen to this cd over and over again and live every word of every song on this cd—just runaway and do nothing but create memories to look back on. I’m 21 now and have lived this music. I have no regrets.

I was introduced to the Ataris back in 2004. Four Years later and they are still my favorite band. Ever. End is Forever has been and will always be on my top two Ataris cds. My favorite song is our song, “IOU ONe Galaxy.”
