You won’t find me hating on Ms Cooper here; I LOVE her work; Her short stories(well novellas) are soo dang good; you can’t help but come back to them again and again; This book is told by a group of women who wanted to get to Chicago; but sadly only one did but with mixed results; She meets up with a madam who takes over her life and when it is time to cut loose on the apron strings, it becomes a bit harder for the madam to break it;

Definitely worth it’s weight in gold!!

I have this book as well; I bought it and don’t have a regret; I do wish I could have seen the exhibit when it came to town as well as catch the play in Atlanta; but it is one of my coffee table books;

This books is GOOD!! not preachy, but deal with everyday problems; Highly Recommended

Part 2 of the first one and just as good; What I like on this is that she talks about this one sister who wants to get on the Board of Directors of a major stockholder company; At present she is on two non profit, but is actively seeking to be on one; if she did her homework, she could ask Vernon Jordan because he sit on a couple of them and could show her the ropes. But still a valuable learning tool; I still go back to read it;

I bought this and Gail’s other book, and the way she explains things and have stories of other sisters who are doing it make you want to do some positive things with money; I wish I had this twenty years ago; but it was the catalyst of me doing things with my money to make a more lasting impact; Worth the weight in GOLD!!

Dr Grace gives it to you and don’t hold back on jack; I love each one of her books; Her good and bad choices, this one and The Band Aid and Sacred Bonds; All good and highly recommended on your journey to getting that man!

My favorite! taken with a bit of honey and you got yourself a great hot drink!! Got my eldest hooked on it and now when she goes, we got to stock her up on it;

A slow boat to China, but it’s only because I haven’t gotten into it as of yet; I am working on it;
