This movie is called Ci Ma (The Blood Brothers).

It’s a 1973 Chang Chen film, of which the Jet Li film The Warlords was based on.

This is not an easy book to consume for those who do not usually read literature, nor despite it’s title is a book for those looking for some sort of easy gratification.

Rather, a candid physical/mental autobiography of a part of the life of a sexually uninhibited woman.

Interesting and challenging.
