It’s a bit slow in the beginning, but if you push through, it’s the best fantasy ever written… I had never been a fantasy reader, but after Lord of the Rings I was in love, and have been completely addicted ever since

LOVED IT!!!

This is a dark story, but was one of my favorites since I first read it at the age of 15 – and it remains a book I read often enough (lets say once a year).

I would recommend this book to any and everyone :)

It was a wonderful book, though a bit too dreary for me. This doesn’t mean I didn’t absolutely love reading this book, I enjoyed every page – but it needs to be said that the works of Austin seem to hold my attention a lot better. Overall, it’s well worth the read.

Definately worth the read… one of Austin’s classics. One of the best books you’ll ever read (the others on the list will all include Jane Austin books too).
